We contacted the city of Johns Creek, GA for additional amendments under § 105-20. Sal Gaeta informed us that “We [Johns Creek] do not develop enough freeze/thaw cycles in these parts of Georgia to warrant Ice Damming Membrane on the edges of our roofs.
